By requesting a quote or using Howsclean services provided by Howsclean, LLC, you agree that service scope, scheduling, and report access are provided as described at the time of booking. Howsclean reports are for the customer's private review and are not a public warranty claim portal.

Access links to reports are personal. Do not share them publicly if you want to keep photos private to your household.

Consent and releases

Customer reports and materials are private by default. Marketing use requires a signed, versioned release. Consent is granular: each type of photo, testimonial text, and testimonial name permission is selected separately. You may revoke granted permissions for future use. We retain the exact release version, text hash, selections, and signature; material already published before revocation may remain in circulation.

Video, audio, voice, likeness, interviews, raw footage, recognizable property interiors, and worker appearances require additional, separately selected permissions and are not authorized by the current photo-and-testimonial release alone.

Feedback and discounts

One private-feedback submission earns a permanent 5% discount. One additional permanent 5% referral reward is earned after the referred customer completes their first paid job. The combined customer discount is capped at 10%. Duplicate referrals, self-referrals, and referrals of existing customers do not qualify. Public reviews are always optional and unincentivized.

A separately documented discount may compensate a customer for time spent participating in authorized marketing content. It is not conditioned on a positive opinion, rating, or public review. Compensated testimonial content must disclose that relationship.

Recovery requests

A low feedback score may create a service-recovery case, but it does not automatically grant a re-clean, refund, discount, or other remedy. Recovery offers require administrator review and approval.

Intellectual property

The Howsclean name, logo, website design, and related brand assets are owned by Howsclean, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without prior written permission.
