Howsclean, LLC treats your home like it's yours — including the photos we take to document cleaning quality.

Cleaning photos

Before-and-after photos, reports, names, and comments are private by default. Report photos are available only to authorized staff and through the customer's private report link while it remains active. Keep that personal link confidential.

Optional marketing consent

We use customer material for marketing only after a release is signed. The release separately lists before photos, after photos, testimonial text, and the customer's name. Unchecked items remain private. We record the exact release version, a hash of its text, the selected permissions, and the signature. This granular consent is revocable for future use by contacting us. Revocation does not retract material published before we received it.

The current release does not authorize video, audio, voice, likeness, interviews, raw footage, recognizable property interiors, or worker appearances. We will not use those materials unless a separately scoped, signed release authorizes them.

Feedback and rewards

Private feedback earns one permanent 5% customer discount. A separate 5% referral discount is earned after the referred customer completes their first paid job. These rewards are capped at 10% total. Public reviews are optional, receive no reward, and are separate from private feedback and marketing consent.

If Howsclean offers compensation or a discount for participation in marketing content, it is for the customer's time and authorized usage—not for praise or a positive review. Compensated testimonials are disclosed wherever they are published. Public-platform reviews remain unincentivized.

Service recovery

Low-score feedback may open a private recovery case. Any re-clean, refund, discount, or other recovery offer remains pending until an administrator reviews and approves it.

Cookies and optional tracking

We use necessary cookies for secure customer, staff, and administrator sessions and core site operation. These cannot be disabled through the cookie banner because signed-in areas would not work without them. We also use the Google Ads tag to understand whether advertising leads to site visits and inquiries.

Google Consent Mode defaults advertising storage, analytics storage, ad user data, and ad personalization to denied. Accepting optional tracking grants those settings so Google Ads can measure campaign activity. Rejecting keeps them denied; Google may still receive limited cookieless consent and measurement signals. The banner stores your choice in your browser's local storage, and rejecting does not affect essential site functions. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Calls and AI-assisted quotes

Our business phone may be answered by an AI assistant and calls may be recorded or transcribed after notice on the call. We use Quo to process phone activity and an AI model provider to extract the quote details you provide. The AI does not set prices or reserve appointments; Howsclean's rules-based systems calculate estimates and check crew availability. Call summaries, transcripts, and extracted details may be retained securely for customer service, audit, retry, and dispute handling, then removed according to our operational retention policy.

If you clearly consent during a call, we may text the phone number you confirm with your private estimate, booking link, or appointment reminder. Consent is not inferred from providing a phone number and is not required to receive service or email delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop transactional texts.

The website quote assistant sends the conversation needed to collect your requested service details to our AI model provider. Do not include door codes, payment-card data, medical information, or other sensitive information in a quote conversation. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
